Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing and delivery may take up to 4 weeks or longer from the date of order placement. We are not responsible for any delays beyond our control.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time refers to the time between order placement and shipment from our facility. Please allow:

  • Standard Orders: 5-10 business days for processing
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: 10-21 business days for processing
  • Pre-Orders: As indicated on the product page at time of purchase
  • High-Volume Periods: Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods

Processing times are estimates only and may be extended without notice due to inventory issues, supplier delays, quality control, weather conditions, staffing limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays in processing.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time varies based on your location and the shipping method. Please allow up to 4 weeks (28 days) from the date of order placement for your order to arrive. This timeframe includes both processing and transit time.

IMPORTANT: These timeframes are estimates only and are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may be longer. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping method for all orders. Requests for specific carriers or shipping methods cannot be accommodated. We are not responsible for carrier selection or performance.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates. Shipping fees are displayed during checkout and must be paid at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees if:

  • Actual shipping costs exceed the amount charged
  • Orders require special handling or packaging
  • Multiple shipments are required
  • Destination addresses require additional delivery fees

If additional shipping charges are required, we may request payment before shipping or cancel the order without refund at our discretion.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking information may be provided via email once your order ships, if available. Please note:

  • Not all shipments include tracking information
  • Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after shipment
  • We are not responsible for tracking accuracy or carrier tracking system failures
  • Absence of tracking updates does not indicate lost packages
  • You are responsible for monitoring tracking information

6. Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Correct street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and postal code
  • Valid recipient name
  • Phone number (if required)
  • Special delivery instructions (if applicable)

Address Verification: We may verify addresses before shipment. If your address cannot be verified or appears incorrect, we may delay shipment to contact you. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers are non-refundable and non-replaceable. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.

Address Changes: Address changes cannot be made after an order is placed. Contact us immediately if you provided an incorrect address, but we cannot guarantee we can make changes. Address changes after shipment are not possible.

7. Delivery Requirements

By placing an order, you agree to the following delivery terms:

  • Someone must be available to accept delivery, or the carrier will leave the package at the designated location
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
  • Signature requirements (if any) are at the carrier's discretion
  • You are responsible for checking with neighbors, building management, or mail rooms if packages are not at your door
  • Delivery attempts are made at the carrier's discretion; we are not responsible for failed delivery attempts
  • PO Boxes may not be available for all shipping methods

8. Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by:

  • Carrier delays, errors, or lost packages
  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • Customs delays or inspections (international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts when recipient unavailable
  • Carrier route changes or operational issues
  • Holidays, strikes, or carrier service disruptions
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • Security delays or inspections
  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the 4-week timeframe, contact us. We will investigate, but we do not guarantee resolution and are not liable for any damages caused by delays.

9. International Shipping

For international orders, please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may take significantly longer
  • Orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause substantial delays
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, fees, and import charges
  • We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or rejections
  • Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries
  • International orders may not include tracking information
  • We do not provide customs declarations or invoices after shipment
  • Returns and refunds for international orders are not available (see Return Policy)

By placing an international order, you assume all responsibility for compliance with your country's import laws and regulations.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. This includes packages:

  • Stolen from porches, mailboxes, or delivery locations
  • Delivered to the wrong address due to carrier error
  • Lost after delivery confirmation
  • Damaged after delivery

If you believe your package was stolen, you should:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. File a police report if necessary
  4. Contact your credit card company or insurance provider

We cannot file claims with carriers on your behalf and cannot provide refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

11. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, unclaimed packages, or failed delivery attempts will not be reshipped. No refunds will be issued for undeliverable packages. You may be charged additional fees for return shipping and restocking.

12. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, you must:

  • Document the damage with photographs immediately upon receipt
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos
  • Provide your order number and tracking information

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be considered. We will investigate damage claims at our discretion and may request additional information. Approval of replacement or compensation is not guaranteed and is subject to our evaluation. Refunds are not available (see Return Policy).

13. Order Splitting and Multiple Shipments

We reserve the right to split orders into multiple shipments without notice. If your order is split:

  • Items may arrive at different times
  • Different tracking numbers may be provided
  • Additional shipping fees may apply (at our discretion)
  • Each shipment may have different delivery timeframes

You will not receive refunds for shipping fees if orders are split.

14. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (restrictions may apply)
  • Certain international destinations
  • Addresses we cannot verify
  • Locations we deem high-risk for fraud or delivery issues

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address at our sole discretion without explanation.

15. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not included unless explicitly stated. We do not offer optional shipping insurance. All shipments are made at the customer's risk after the package leaves our facility. We are not responsible for carrier loss, damage, or delays.

16. Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items

If items are backordered or out of stock after you place your order:

  • Your order may be delayed significantly beyond stated timeframes
  • We may ship items separately as they become available
  • We may substitute similar items at our discretion
  • We may cancel the order or specific items without notice

We are not obligated to notify you of backorder or stock issues. Refunds are not provided for delayed or cancelled items (see Return Policy).

17. Expedited Shipping

If expedited shipping options are offered, the timeframes refer only to carrier transit time and do not include processing time. Expedited shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. We are not responsible if expedited shipments are delayed. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

18. Holiday and High-Volume Periods

During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be significantly extended beyond normal timeframes. We are not responsible for delays during these periods, and orders placed during these times may take longer than the stated 4-week maximum timeframe.

19. Shipping Notifications

We may send shipping notifications via email when your order ships. However:

  • Shipping notifications are not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for checking your email and spam folders
  • We are not responsible if you do not receive notifications
  • Email delivery issues are beyond our control

20. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any shipping-related issues shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected item(s). We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits, revenues, or business opportunities
  • Delays in receiving packages
  • Inability to use products due to shipping delays
  • Time-sensitive deliveries (gifts, events, etc.)
  • Emotional distress or inconvenience

21. Time-Sensitive Deliveries

We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates, even if you need items for holidays, events, birthdays, or other occasions. Do not order from us if you require delivery by a specific date. We are not responsible if packages do not arrive in time for your planned use, and refunds will not be issued for late deliveries.

23. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You bear all risk of loss or damage after the package is shipped from our facility. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit or after delivery.

24. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.

25. Governing Terms

This Shipping Policy is subject to our Terms of Service and Return Policy. In the event of any conflict, our Terms of Service shall prevail.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Shipping Policy, including the extended timeframes and limitations of our liability. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of when you need items, as shipping and delivery may take up to 4 weeks or longer.
